Description
In recent years, the Siebenhirtnerhof has made a name for itself in the Lower Austrian restaurant scene. The authentic Weinviertel cuisine of landlady Elzbieta Burgstaller and her team has been consistently at a high level since 2005. The inn in Siebenhirten near Mistelbach is known for its aromatic home cooking. The best ingredients from the region are used. Local meat, fish and vegetable products are used to create exquisite dishes. The grilled pike-perch fillet on a colorful salad base with rice from the river and lake is a delight. The "Dem Weinviertel ins Reindl g'schaut" section of the menu is of great interest. Guests are recommended the "Bauernschmaus" - a succulent roast pork with cabbage and bread dumplings.
Typical Weinviertel
Cooking at the Siebenhirtnerhof is old school. In addition to the usual suspects on the menu, new specialties are added every month. The Ripperl weeks are in great demand. Juicy in taste and seasoned with a pinch of salt. Nothing more is needed. The high-quality beef convinces with original values. The restaurant and banqueting hall in this family-run business are equipped with modern facilities. The pub garden is usually the preferred choice among guests. It is striking: The service staff are on the ball. Friendly and competent, they offer advice on the well-stocked wine and beer list. In addition to the culinary highlights, the MAMUZ Museum Mistelbach and the Therme Laa thermal spa with its Silent Spa are well worth a visit.
