From the vine to the wine: 100 percent self-made!
At our winery, we follow the philosophy of using our own grape material to produce our wines - from the vine to the wine, we are 100% self-made. The vineyards are cultivated carefully and in harmony with nature. We have modern technology at our disposal, including a renovated wine hall, a modern forcing room for growing the newly grafted vines, as well as newly adapted cold rooms for storing vines and wine.
We are particularly proud of our two existing wine cellars in the longest wine cellar lane in Europe, where our red wines are stored in wooden barrels for ageing in the tried and tested tradition. Furthermore, our cozy cellar offers enough space for wine tastings.
Our winery relies on the strengths of the individual family members in its production. The parents Alfred and Birgit run the business with their many years of experience. The "Buim" Michael and Stefan provide new impulses and creations to lead the traditional business into the future. We are all united by the joy of working in nature.
In the Weinviertel, nestled in the Pulkau valley, our vineyards are probably the most beautiful place to work.
