Description
Bio Obstbau Filipp is an organically managed fruit farm in Bogenneusiedl. The farm focuses on the cultivation of organic apples and the direct processing and marketing of the fruit and the resulting products.
The farm's core crop is organic apple growing in its own orchards. Various apple varieties are cultivated, including Rubinola, Topaz, Opal and Luna. The apples are harvested by hand, carefully inspected and used both as dessert fruit and as a basis for further processing into juices and other products.
The farm runs a self-service farm store, which is open daily from early morning until the evening. In addition, online sales are possible and regional delivery is also offered in the Vienna area in some cases. The products are also sold in organic stores and regional stores in the Weinviertel, Vienna and the surrounding area.
The product range includes
- Pure variety organic apple juices (e.g. Topaz or Opal).
- Mixed apple juices - e.g. apple-aronia, apple-carrot, apple-quince, apple-beetroot, apple-ribisel or apple-grape.
- Apple cider and must (fermented cider).
- Fruit and apple specialties such as unsweetened apple compote or similar artisan products are also on offer.
In addition, the farm store also offers products from other direct marketers, such as pickles from the Bubenicek organic farm or baked goods from the Kürrer bakery and much more.
