Weingut & Heuriger Niki Windisch is a family business that captures the hearts of guests with its authentic atmosphere and passionate commitment to wine and gastronomy. The owner, a passionate winemaker, runs the wine tavern with calm, dynamism and joy. He is supported by his strong wife at his side, a master of the Heurigen kitchen who is constantly creating new, delicious delicacies. The owner's mother is an unwavering force in the house and yard and is always on hand when help is needed. The senior chef acts as barman, waiter and storyteller and is therefore virtually irreplaceable. A special highlight is the "Pauli bread", a child-friendly creation inspired by the unique taste of the youngest member of the family.
