Kellergasse Oberkreuzstetten

Oberkreuzstetten is home to an idyllic two-line wine cellar lane, which was established in 1994. The narrow, three to four meter wide path leads past more than 50 cellar tubes, which were dug between 10 and 20 meters deep into the hillside. There are still some press houses in which tree presses can still be found.
In 2014, extensive renovation work was carried out and a cellar alley festival was held for the first time. Since then, numerous cellar lane festivals have been held time and again.

The unmistakable charm of the Weinviertel wine cellar lanes can be experienced most impressively on a guided tour.
