Description
The market town of Seefeld-Kadolz has two wine cellar lanes with a total of around 350 cellars and press houses. As in the other wine cellar lanes in the Pulkau Valley, the cellars and press houses are located outside the village. The majority of the cellars were built in the middle of the 19th century. Today there are around 90 farms that produce wine, although 80 of them are part-time businesses. The Euregio-Vinothek is located directly in the wine cellar lane of Großkadolz, where you can taste wines from the region. During the summer months, numerous "open cellar doors" invite you to linger with down-to-earth delicacies and the best wines.
