The Pfeffer winery has been growing grapes and crops for generations, with the concept of 'bread and wine' taking center stage. Only the climatically and geologically most favorable sites are reserved for the vines. The aim is to capture the tranquillity and balance of the Weinviertel in the wines, because great wine is characterized above all by a perfect balance. The continental climate and the limestone-rich loess soils offer the best conditions for the cultivation of elegant white and red wines. The minimalist principle of 'as much as necessary, but as little as possible' is continued from the vineyard through vinification to the bottle. This enables the creation of complexity through simplicity. In contrast to industrial uniformity, the wines are given as much freedom for individual development as possible, without unnecessary treatments. The result is honestly produced unique wines of timeless beauty that leave room for thought and delight the heart. Authenticity in terms of origin and vintage are the greatest concerns of the Pfeffer winery.
