The Michael Sailer winery inspires passion and enthusiasm for wine. With a selection of Grüne Veltliner, Zweigelt, Frizzante and more, the range offers everything from fresh and fruity white wines to full-bodied and powerful red wines. The vineyards are cultivated in harmony with nature, whereby insecticides and herbicides are avoided and the plants are strengthened organically. The sustainable certification underlines the commitment to environmentally friendly practices. In addition to the approximately 8 hectares of vineyards, arable farming is also practiced, which was converted to organic farming in 2016 and certified organic in 2018. Another highlight is the delicious Weinviertel pumpkin seed oil, 100% pure and from the farm's own cultivation. It is regularly freshly pressed and impresses with its unique taste and nutty aroma.
