Weinbau Schordan

Weinbau Schordan is a local wine producer that cultivates vineyards in the villages of Sierndorf an der March and Ollersdorf. Both locations benefit from the unique microclimate of the region along the March, which offers ideal conditions for the production of high-quality wine. Careful hand-picking and selection of the grapes ensures that only the healthiest grapes are used to press the exquisite white wine varieties. This forms the basis for each new vintage. After the harvest, the wine is given sufficient time to rest so that it can develop optimally. This rest is ultimately reflected in the taste of the wine. Although the Schordan family does not grow grapes as their main occupation, the production is evidence of a deep passion for viticulture and the joy of being able to produce high-quality wine.
