Hofmoment

Joachim Valis is a passionate onion farmer in Marchfeld. Starting out as a small young farmer with a field of onions, the business has constantly developed and learned. Today, Hofmoment is not only an agricultural business, but has also developed its own storage and packaging methods. The onions are loaded onto large trucks and exported to many European countries. Guests have the opportunity to buy the onions on site and book a tour of the farm. This offers a unique insight into the process of onion production, from sowing to harvesting and packaging.
