Description
Johannes Simonides has been a successful winegrower in Wolkersdorf since 2012 and has made a name for himself in the Weinviertel wine scene. He now has a diverse range of wines typical of the region and can be proud of numerous awards and accolades.
The main variety is Grüner Veltliner. In the red wine segment, the best Merlot and Zweigelt grapes are processed.

The guest is king! We attach great importance to the best service, individual service for our customers and guests. Our menu ranges from the traditional winegrower's snack, bacon snack to selected vegetarian spreads and products. Homemade pastries such as Waldviertler poppy seed cakes, Weinviertler nut croissants and filled strudels are on the menu every day. Great attention is paid to sustainability, regional and seasonal products. We serve fruit and vegetables from our own garden.
Our respect is for nature - our focus is on the food that comes from it!
We are delighted to note that guests often become regular customers after their first visit to our Buschenschank (typical tavern). Families with small children feel particularly at home here, partly because of the clearly laid out children's playground.
