The organic winery Philipp Jauk is firmly convinced that the uniqueness of wine originates in the vineyards. It is located in Falkenstein in the Weinviertel, a place with almost 1000 years of wine culture, and draws on this rich tradition. Wine and vines have always been an integral part of the family business, but only as part of a mixed farming operation. After completing his studies at the Krems School of Viticulture, Philipp Jauk dedicated himself entirely to winemaking. Through the sustainable cultivation of nature, the consideration of sites and traditions as well as innovative ideas in the cellar, the P. Jauk winery develops its regionally influenced wine quality with a personal touch.
