Each wine is unique and bears the unmistakable character of Falkenstein. The vines thrive on the south and south-eastern slopes of the Falkenstein vineyards under ideal soil and climatic conditions. The aim of the winery is to produce wines full of character with unmistakable typicity year after year. In doing so, it draws on the knowledge of many generations of winegrowers, as the winery was first mentioned in a document in 1670. Work is always carried out in harmony with nature, taking weather and climatic conditions into account in order to carry out the right work in the vineyard at the right time. This guarantees the best digestibility and storable wines full of flavor and strength.
