Weingut Fleckl

Description

The Fleckl winery, a family business since 1838, is known for its mainly white wines, which embody the winery's uniform philosophy and represent a clear line. The wines are characterized by a distinct varietal typicity, clear fruit stylistics and finesse. The varietal aromas of the wines are characterized by deep loess soils and the Pannonian climate with long sunny days and cool nights. The winery attaches particular importance to natural, integrated cultivation methods. It works closely with the soils and vines, focusing on the development and behavior of the vines. Plantings with a rich diversity of species promote biodiversity and beneficial organisms in the vineyard. The philosophy of the winery is to convey a radiant clarity through their wines that reflects the simplicity of life. The Fleckl winery has won several awards, including 'Best Winemaker of the Year' at SALON, Vino Grande, Wine Champion at the Poysdorf Wine Parade, among the finalists at NÖ Wein and Falstaff's Grüne Veltliner Grand Prix.
