The landmark of Retz
The unique historical technology is vividly presented in the functioning grain mill from 1853 and expert background knowledge is provided in guided tours. In the cellar of the windmill is the mill store including a wine shop with organic wines from the Bergmann winery. A small bakery is set up in the old miller's house next to the windmill. Bread baking as an experience for groups, companies and schools by prior arrangement.
