Description
In 1025, Emperor Konrad III donated Frumanaha to the Count of Lambach.
In 1722, a chapel "Christi Himmelfahrt" (today "Kreuzerhöhung") is built.
1748 The church accounts begin.
1838 Repair of building defects; church had a stone altar and 3 magnificent figures (St. Barabara, St. Christopher and Christ on the Cross).
1912 Altar replaced by neo-Gothic wooden altar (Kopfstetten folk altar), figures were lost for a long time (found in 1960).
1960 New stone altar (St. Stephen's Cathedral). Pastor Schramm decorates the back wall with a renovated Christ.
On February 18, 1962, Archbishop Jachym consecrates the new altar according to the new rite. This was the first consecration in this form in the Vienna diocese.
