Description
Spiritual sight: The Roman Catholic branch church of Wagram an der Donau is dedicated to the Holy Trinity. It is a listed building and belongs to the Orth an der Donau parish - and therefore to the Marchfeld deanery in the Unter dem Manhartsberg vicariate of the Archdiocese of Vienna. The historic church is located at the eastern end of Wagram.
The late baroque church was built in the second half of the 18th century. It is still surrounded by a cemetery today. The beautiful altarpiece from the late 19th century depicts the crucifixion of Jesus.
