Augustinerkirche

Die dem heiligen Augustinus geweihte Kirche befindet sich auf dem Grund eines ehemaligen Augustinerklosters.

The church, consecrated to St. Augustinus is located on the ground of a former Augustinian monastery.

In the church are significant works from Franz Anton Maulpertsch (1724-96), for example the high altar which is a major work from Maulpertsch. The artist binds the framing pillars of the architecture into his frescoes painting. Shown is the Last Supper.

Public arrival is easily accessible by train or bus.
