As soon as you enter the impressive arcaded courtyard in Niederabsdorf, you can tell that the Dietzl family's wine tavern must be a special example of its kind. The venerable farmhouse has been in the family since 1802 and has only served as the winery's restaurant since 2000. The winegrowing family consciously adheres to the traditional wine tavern culture and places great value on marketing its own and regionally produced food. Fruit, salad and vegetables come from their own garden, meat from the butchers in the surrounding villages, but is processed by the Dietzl family themselves. The same care is taken with the wine selection, which has won numerous awards.
