Dedicated, professional and equipped with the right flair, host Roland Krammer pursues his vocation at the Neunläuf restaurant. He serves Weinviertel cuisine, which he likes to combine with influences from other regions. The inn in Wilfersdorf/Hobersdorf is known for its home-made Blunzen and mature ham specialties. These are sliced directly at the table on request. The Weinviertel itself provides fresh esprit on the plate. The game comes from the local forests, fruit, vegetables and berries from the Hummel organic berry garden and the Schreiber tree nursery. Tips from the menu: the roasted salmon trout from Gut Dornau with artichokes, romanesco vegetables and saffron mayo as well as the Beuscherl with napkin dumplings.

The Neunläuf restaurant has been a culinary meeting place for locals and day-trippers in the Mistelbach district since 2001. Thanks to an extensive general refurbishment, the inn has had its finger on the pulse since 2020. It offers the best of both worlds: In the Neunläuf, the Gaststub'n and Schank still exude the typical inn feeling. The newly designed extra room is worthy of an upscale inn - stylish and high quality. The centerpiece is the beautiful guest garden.
