The ALTE DEPOT is a cult restaurant in Mistelbach that has been an integral part of the district capital's gastronomic and cultural scene since 1991. Founder Reinhard Kruspel took his well-deserved retirement in 2024, leaving a big gap that prompted Mistelbach native Erich Stubenvoll and Michael Schamann, a Mistelbach resident by choice with a background in gastronomy, to look for people to reopen this incomparable, trendy restaurant.
Since October 2024, the new ALTE DEPOT Mistelbach has been serving its guests again with a refreshed menu and a large wine and beer list, and is very reliable.
The Bühnenwirtshaus team is there for its guests every day except Sunday and spoils them with warm, Austrian cuisine, a very regional Weinviertel wine list and an open beer selection to be proud of. Live concerts take place several times a month. Parking for bikes and cars is available in the courtyard. Everyone is welcome.
