Weingut Sebastian Jatschka

The Sebastian Jatschka winery is located in Stetten, in the southern Weinviertel. The art of vinification has been cultivated here for three generations with the aim of creating the perfect wine. The picturesque hills on the outskirts of Vienna offer the best conditions for this. Special attention is paid to the Grüne Veltliner in its classic form, the Weinviertel DAC. A stronger alternative is the Reserve, which gets its unmistakable taste from a longer ripening period for the grapes and storage in large wooden barrels. But the Sebastian Jatschka winery does not limit itself to just one variety. The Gemischter Satz, Riesling, Gelber Muskateller and the "red", Zweigelt, also have a firm place on the wine list and skilfully round off the range of wines. Every Friday afternoon there is the opportunity to buy the wines from the farm.
