Kellerheuriger Weinbau Fröschl is a renowned winery that produces eight different types of wine as well as white and red grape juice on an area of around 2.0 hectares of vineyards. The main varieties are Grüne Veltliner for white wine and Blauburger for red wine. The range is complemented by Welschriesling, Pinot Blanc, Gelber Muskateller, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Zweigelt. The grapes grow in the "Am Lehm" and "Am Schotter" vineyards in Staatz/Kautendorf and in the "Am Auberg" vineyard in Enzersdorf. The maintenance work in the vineyard is carried out in accordance with the Austrian Environmental Program and ecological principles. After the manual grape harvest, the grapes are crushed and gently pressed. The cider is then fermented. The wines are stored exclusively in stainless steel tanks. After inspection by the Federal Office for Viticulture and the awarding of a test number for the quality wines, they are bottled and stored in the cellar.
