Description
Weingut & Heuriger Humer is located on the south-eastern slopes and foothills of the Manhartsberg in the south-western Weinviertel, about 50 km from Vienna. The typical soil of this area, consisting of loess, sand and loam, sometimes even primary rock, has a great influence on the wine in addition to the climate and ensures an independent, characteristic typicity. In addition to the winery, a seasonal wine tavern is also run, which was redesigned in 2018. During the redesign, emphasis was placed on a combination of modern and stylish ambience. Guests can now enjoy a light-flooded restaurant area and a covered garden. Regional delicacies, special culinary delights and alternative light cuisine are on offer.
