Nicolas Engel has set up his gourmet restaurant Opus in the historic Schüttkasten in Haugsdorf. Engel has built on a successful concept based on a well-established carte blanche. His philosophy is to create versatile menus that include both fish and meat, depending on the top quality that the market is currently offering. However, reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to accommodate guests' special requests and guarantee the high quality of the dishes.
