The Pröglhöf organic winery is a family business that looks after around 50,000 vines with dedication. Great importance is attached to natural craftsmanship and sensitivity. This careful cultivation has led to national and international awards. The winery has been an organic winery since 2022, practising probiotic viticulture and vegan winemaking since 2019. Working in harmony with nature is of central importance, which is reflected in the minimal use of pesticides, sufficient space for the vines and soil improvement through various types of cover crop. Targeted foliage work and yield reduction enable the vines to deliver optimum results. Care is also taken to use selected vine material for the different soils. The carefully harvested and pressed grapes are fermented at a controlled temperature in the cellar. The aim is to produce well-accompanied, characterful wines with great potential.
