Weingut Ing. Martin Schwinner

Description

The Ing. Martin Schwinner winery, located in Hohenwarth in the western Weinviertel, covers an area of around 10 hectares. The vines thrive on light, sandy loess, loam and gravel soils as well as on alluvial soils of the Urdonau. The region is strongly influenced by the Pannonian climate and is protected from storms by the Manhartsberg in the west. Large temperature differences between day and night during the ripening period ensure healthy and fully ripe grapes year after year. In the winery's cellar, the traditional knowledge of winemaking is combined with modern production techniques to produce straightforward, expressive and fruity wines with an unmistakable acidity. A visit to the Martin Schwinner winery offers the opportunity to experience the unique combination of tradition and modernity in every sip of wine.
