Weinbau Ing. Hermann Haller
Description
Hermann Haller's vineyards are located in the foothills of the Pannonian climate, where clay meets quartz sand. This special soil heats up during the day, stores the heat and releases it again at night. This unique phenomenon favors the ripening of the vines and leads to a high fructose content in the grapes. Thanks to the partial use of drip irrigation, there is no shortage of water even in the hot summer months, which means that the sun's rays are fully utilized. This combination of ideal climatic conditions and careful care results in exceptional wines that perfectly reflect the terroir of their origin.
