Weingut Weingartshofer

Description

The Weingartshofer winery, founded in 1999, benefits from the region's black soil, which is ideal for farming and viticulture. With a focus on the production of white wine, which accounts for around 85% of total production, a particular emphasis is placed on quality. The grapes for the wines are processed according to the falling principle, gently pressed, clarified by settling and fermented with pure yeasts. A third of the grapes are traditionally harvested by hand. The winery's recipe for success is based on many years of experience and a well-thought-out concept: the optimal use of the natural conditions of the growing region, constant further training and tireless commitment, a great deal of empathy and the courage to try out new things. All this contributes to the production of one of the most fascinating products the country has to offer.
