Weinbau Andrea Münzker is a small but fine wine-growing business that has been run with passion and dedication since 1990. With a cultivated vineyard area of around 3 hectares, the focus here is on each vine and it is assessed several times over the course of vegetation to monitor its development. The approach is to intervene as little as possible, but as much as necessary. For this reason, chemicals are not used for weed control and vine cleaning. Careful manual work in the vineyard provides the grapes with the best conditions to develop their typical varietal aroma. This process continues in the cellar with gentle pressing and sufficient time for fermentation. As the work here is honest and down-to-earth without any great technology, the taste of each vintage varies depending on the weather, sunny days and water.
