The Milch-Rögner organic farm is one of the few dairy farms in the Weinviertel.
In the farm cheese dairy, you can take part in the "Make your own cheese" workshop at certain times.
The organic hay raw milk cheese can be purchased in the farm store on Friday from 11 am - 6 pm and Saturday from 9 am - 12 pm.
The milk vending machine, filled with fresh organic raw hay milk, is available around the clock.
Organic beef is sold directly from the farm about eight times a year on the so-called "meat days".
On a short hike to the summer pastures on the "Kiaberi", you can enjoy the view together with the young cattle, on clear days as far as the Schneeberg mountain
