The vacation home "E3" offers modern comfort in a cozy atmosphere. With two separate bedrooms, furnished with cherry wood furniture, and two bathrooms, it offers space for rest and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area, washing machine and dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired. The house is largely barrier-free and therefore accessible to everyone.

This lovingly renovated vacation home is part of a historic square farm dating back to 1805 and is located in the picturesque Weinviertel, close to the border with the Waldviertel and the medieval town of Eggenburg. Not far from Etzmannsdorf are well-known wine villages: Röschitz, Straning, Maissau, Pulkau and Retz.

The wine cellars are open seasonally and offer regional delicacies and fine wines. Vacation guests can explore the local wine cellar lane with its charming farm store and experience cycling tours through the picturesque landscape.
