The Toni Schmid organic winery offers an impressive selection of wines, ranging from classically spicy to floral and strong. The range includes Urgesteins-Veltliner, Frühroter Veltliner, Weißburgunder and Blauer Zweigelt through to the sparkling Dreigelt-Frizzante. The work in the vineyards is carried out with great joy and respect for nature. Since 2006, the vineyards have been cultivated organically out of conviction. The old vines, which rest in themselves, put their potential into the quality of the grapes. In the farm's wine cellar, a natural wine is made from them. The authentic organic wines come from different vineyards and are characterized by their longevity. They have had time to develop and present different wine characters on different soils on the southern and eastern slopes of the Manhartsberg. The palette ranges from mineral primary rock to mighty loess soil. In addition, the organic vineyard also offers organic products from its own farm, including the farm's own thistle and camelina oil and its own einkorn. The organic products are available all year round and include spices, oils, cereals, baked goods, juices, syrups, wine and much more.
