Erlebnis-Weingartl Hohenruppersdorf

In the Erlebnis-Weingartl, grape varieties are planted (more than 75 different varieties) that date back to the origins of Austrian viticulture, such as Österreichisch Weiss, Heunisch Rebe and many more. The well-preserved historic tree press is also worth seeing.

A personal guided tour is available by prior arrangement, but the information content is also given here, as the exhibits on display and in particular the varieties are described on appropriate signs. Since the beginning of September 2010, the Erlebnis-Weingartl has also had sound stations. Additional offers such as meditation in the walk-in wine barrel are available at any time by appointment. Parking spaces and toilet facilities are available, as well as a drinking fountain. Cycle path no. 7 and the "Zweigelt" wine cycle path lead past the Erlebnis-Weingartl. As the Franziskusweg Weinviertel also passes by the Weinviertel adventure vineyard, one of the 15 symbols of faith can be found here - clear signs for this path, which also serve as a meditation impulse.
