A 50 m² seminar and meeting room with panoramic views is available for meetings or workshops. A place that harmoniously combines living, working and relaxing.

There is a good infrastructure with shopping facilities, nearby train connections and various restaurants. The district capital Mistelbach and its surroundings offer a variety of excursion possibilities, such as the MAMUZ Museum Center Mistelbach and Asparn, the Nitsch Museum, the Weinlandbad as well as several cycling and hiking trails.
