Your stay

Nestled in the idyllic Weinviertel countryside, you can reside here in the faithfully restored wine cellar in an extremely quiet location in the middle of the Roseldorf vineyards. From there, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the historic and wine-growing surroundings.

The vacation cellar harmonizesrustic and modern interiors and impresses with its spaciousness and openness. A living area integrated into the wine cellar, which offers generous space for overnight stays, surprises with all the amenities of an urban loft - with the difference that guests are surrounded by greenery and far away from any source of noise and stress.

Unique: basement loft

The living space of around 200 m² includes a spacious kitchen and living area, as well as all the necessary sanitary facilities (WCs/shower).
Sleeping accommodation for up to ten people is available on two levels on the upper floor. The individual sleeping areas are individually designed and visually separated from each other.
The vacation cellar is equipped with a TV, DVD player and stereo system.
In the in-house vinotheque, the top wines of the western Weinviertel are offered at farm-gate prices.
