Nestled in the gentle vineyards of Pernersdorf lies the Grillmeier-Ladentrog winery with its Buschenschank (typical tavern) Weingarten.rocks. This is where traditional viticulture meets relaxed hospitality.
The futuristic-looking building, which rises into the air on supports, turns out to be an extraordinary wine tavern on closer inspection. Designed with lots of wood and glass, it offers a panoramic view of the picturesque Pernersdorf wine landscape. The Grillmeier-Ladentrog winery runs this Buschenschank (typical tavern) and treats guests to so-called "crossover" delicacies around 100 days a year. This means that traditional Heurigen snacks made from regional ingredients are served, but with a modern twist. A weekly changing menu guarantees variety in the food. Of course, the wines of the winery are also served.
