Description
The TOP wine tavern Stefan Oberschil is a traditional wine tavern in Hagenbrunn, north of Vienna. Similar to Gumpoldskirchen in the south, Hagenbrunn has also developed a unique wine tavern culture. Most Buschenschank (typical tavern) in Hagenbrunn offer a hot and cold buffet, which is rather rare in the Weinviertel. The Oberschil family's establishment is known for its down-to-earth hot delicacies, in particular the Weinviertel DAC Beuschel and vegetable terrine. The diverse range of dishes is complemented by an equally wide selection of wines. The bright, modern Heurigen restaurant offers plenty of cozy seating and in summer the garden and vine arbor are very inviting. The wine tavern has also been awarded the 'Tut Gut Wirt' award.
