The Weinviertel market town of Guntersdorf is located in the district of Hollabrunn in northern Lower Austria. It consists of the two cadastral communities of Guntersdorf and Großnondorf.
Experience Guntersdorf: Great theater & thriller sightseeing
The municipality has been home to the Theater Westliches Weinviertel since the late 1980s: the independent theater group with its own venue is Lower Austria's smallest theater with year-round performances. The colorful program offers numerous high-quality plays for young and adult guests.
In addition, the refreshing landscape in and around Guntersdorf invites you to take long walks in hiking boots or on a bike. The Pulkau Valley is just a few kilometers away from Guntersdorf. Here, the Polt cycle trail follows in the footsteps of the popular quirky gendarmerie inspector Simon Polt from the well-known crime series - with many filming locations.

In addition to the parish churches of Großnondorf and Guntersdorf, Guntersdorf Castle is also located in the municipality. It was converted into a stately castle with a moat in the 16th century on the basis of late medieval building materials. The magnificent, privately owned building can be hired for events.
