The Weinrieden rest area is idyllically situated behind a small wood on a hill to the east of Gaubitsch. From here you have a wonderful view of the beautiful, hilly landscape of the Weinviertel.
Two hiking trails lead past the Weinrieden rest area and invite hiking enthusiasts to linger: The Gaubitsch Bible Trail and the Gaubitsch Panoramic Hiking Trail.
