Description
The Mauser winery, located in the southern Weinviertel, vinifies wines with personality and character on around 20 hectares. Healthy, fertile soils and an intact natural environment form the basis for the wines. 60 percent of the vineyards are planted with white wine varieties, led by the Weinviertel's leading variety Grüne Veltliner, followed by Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Welschriesling and Sauvignon Blanc. The proportion of red wine has now reached a considerable level. Austrian varieties such as Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and Rathay, as well as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon mature into excellent wines every year. Wine sales from the farm take place every Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm and are possible at any time by appointment.
