The traditional Johann Frohner winery is located in Großinzersdorf in the eastern Weinviertel, the home of the famous painter Adolf Frohner. Nestled between rolling hills and the lowlands of the River March, the winery provides a picturesque backdrop for the ripening of white and red wine grapes. These thrive in a Pannonian climate on humus-rich loam and loess soils and are fermented into delicious wines. Johann Frohner, who is always keen to improve the quality of his wines, focuses on thinning out the vineyards, avoiding the use of artificial fertilizers and processing the grapes with care. In addition to viticulture, the winery is also dedicated to producing the finest brandies. Whether apricot or pear from the estate's own orchards, clutches or pomace - only the finest brandies leave the in-house distillery. For connoisseurs, Haus Frohner also offers red wine, nut and herb liqueurs. A visit to the Johann Frohner winery promises an unforgettable experience for connoisseurs.
