The Epp-Krottendorfer winery, a family business since 1560, is characterized by its long tradition and ecological cultivation. The parallels between the life of wine and that of man are astounding - origin, upbringing, experience, youth, maturity and character play a decisive role in both cases. With a solid foundation, each phase provides experience and pleasure. The careful cultivation of the varieties Grüne Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Zweigelt, Pinot Noir and the Cuvée Trieppo results in a quality that winegrowers have always strived for. Particularly noteworthy is the Pinot Noir 2009, which proudly bears the title 'World Champion Wine of the Alpine Ski World Championships in Schladming'. Numerous other awards underline the high quality of the wines from this winery.
