The Bernd Kornherr winery, a dedicated family business from Untermarkersdorf in the heart of the Weinviertel, has been producing excellent wines since 1961. The natural cultivation of all soils, the thinning out of the harvest, healthy plants and the optimal supply of water and nutrients to the vines ensure white wines, red wines and rosé with a fruity aroma and balanced character. The warm, dry, mild and special microclimate of the valley, together with the location and the soils of the vineyards, allow the wines to mature to unimagined perfection. The soils are loamy loess soils that produce very fruity and balanced wines with pleasant acidity.
