The Manuel Zillinger winery is located in Ebenthal, at the foothills of the Marchfeld and on the edge of the Matzner Forest. This charming, hilly landscape is surrounded by vineyards and around 700 hectares of mixed oak forest. Protected by the Ebenthal forest, red and white wines of the highest wholesomeness thrive on the favorable slopes and sandy loam soils that characterize the village. As a member of the Weinviertel Wine Road, the winery is known for producing high-quality wines. These include the typical Weinviertel DAC with its characteristic Pfefferl.
