Weinbau Forster

Weinbau Forster is a historic winery whose roots go back to 1920, when Marie Schneider laid the foundations for today's viticulture. Her son, Franz Schneider, expanded the vineyard and began pressing the first wines. He tended the vineyards with great dedication until shortly before his death. In the last years of his life, Gerhard Forster, Franz Schneider's grandson-in-law, discovered his passion for viticulture. In 2021, he decided to continue the legacy and revive the winery. With a modernization of the viticulture and the resumption of wine production in 2023, Weinbau Forster is today once again a thriving winery producing high-quality wines.
