Description
It all started with a cattle and wine-growing business. It wasn't until 1986 that the Bucher family started growing fruit, or more precisely apples. Today, the Bucher family's orchards are home to different varieties of apples, pears, apricots and plums. These are sold both as fresh fruit and processed into high-quality fruit juices, liqueurs and distillates. In order to be able to produce the latter two products, the distillery is a fixed second pillar of the family business. The passionate distillers, Wolfgang and Manuel, like to let off steam at the still and produce top-quality distillates with great passion.
In addition to the farm store directly on the farm in Braunsdorf, the Bucher family's distillates are also available in the Schmidatal farm store in Ziersdorf.
