Description
Today, beer is brewed in the small mill in Großkrut, where grain was ground over 600 years ago.
The barley juice is produced by hand using only regional raw materials.
The 4 varieties:
LAGER - Lager beer, full-bodied, with 4.8% alcohol by volume
STOUT - Reminiscent of Guinness, with 4.3% alcohol by volume
WEIZEN - Thirst quencher, with 4.3% alcohol by volume
Tip: Wheat beer goes incredibly well with asparagus dishes
BOCK - The strong beer, with 6.8% alcohol by volume
The beers are available from the farm or in the farm store at the Späth winery in Großkrut.
You can also enjoy this beer with delicious food creations at numerous innkeepers.
