Description
The Plöch family runs a regional farm that produces its products with passion and dedication. A few years ago, Franz and Rosa bought an empty house and converted it into their farm store "Wia daham", where - as the name suggests - you should feel at home. The products available in the farm store are grown by the Plöch family themselves. The garden is located right next to the farm store, so the fresh fruit and vegetables do not have to travel long distances. The produce is also used to make spreads, syrups and salads, which are also available in the farm store. Their specialty, however, is the cultivation of the lupinia plant. This versatile plant, which not everyone is familiar with, can be used to make great products.
