Michael Fischer's wine tavern is a traditional family business that has existed since 1952. In January 1989, Michael and Erika Fischer took over the management of the business, which has now fully developed into a winery. We can proudly speak of a family business with tradition. On the approximately 7 hectares of their own vineyards, both indigenous grape varieties and innovative cultivation methods are cultivated. This mixture of tradition and innovation has brought the winery a number of victories and awards at national level. But no words can describe the quality of the wines better than a glass of the fine wine itself. We therefore recommend that you visit the winery and see the outstanding quality of the wines for yourself.
